CTBS is responsible to the Forum (something like a parliament) which is composed of 3 members from each church; this is usually 1 church leader and 2 other members. The forum meets three times a year. Also represented at the forum are various Associate Members (see below). To manage the day to day activities of CTBS the forum elects a Chair, vice Chair, Treasurer and a Secretary who, together with a small number of other members form a sort of cabinet called the Enabling Group. Task Groups are formed and overseen by the enabling group to undertake specific projects
The current Associate Members are listed below. If they do not have their own web site then see their individual tabs on this site

Our objective is to enable each young person to move from dependence to independence - and via individual support plans residents are able to identify and address areas of need during their 6 month to 2 year stay with us. We have passed both the Supporting People and Matrix quality assurance frameworks. Other provision includes: an emergency ‘crash pad’ facility; two flats with communal facilities for young adults requiring more intensive support; careers and educational information and advice, as well intensive 1-to-1 personal development programmes.
